Are your pieces dishwasher & microwave safe?

Yes! All pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe.

How long does it take to ship?

Orders are shipped out within 5-7 days of the order. Then it's up to the mail carrier and the service type and traffic. 

Do you offer refunds/exchanges?

There are no refunds or exchanges. All purchases are final. Thank you for your understanding!

What if my piece arrived broken?

If something arrived broken, please take pictures and reach out ASAP.
